Matt Harrison of Hope & Glory Executive contacted me with a logo and a business model. The company 'Helps the brightest and best talent find great career opportunities in the new economy', what he needed from me was further development of his brand and a website to attract the talent. 



The logo was the only collateral that I had to work with on developing the brand, so I presented 3 routes back to Matt for him to choose, and then developed the usage of the logo and devices across print and digital. The final route was an extension of 2 of the routes presented, using the refined logo, 'stamp-like' textures, strong imagery and the '&' as a running theme.


I thought it would be interesting to show elements of the 3 routes that were presented to Matt, to show the process of how the brand came together.
