JANE & JOE'S WEDDING
When one of my oldest and dearest friends got engaged, she asked me to design the wedding stationery for her, which I was more than happy to do. She was getting married in Galway Cathedral, so I created an etching-stlye illustration of the Cathedral to use as an emblem throughout the printed materials. The "Save the Date" cards and Invitations were all letterpress printed by blush publishing ltd. Wedding photography courtesy of We Are The Mastersons.
Blush were kind enough to provide me the photopolymer letterpress plates, which I used to try and create a wax seal for the invitations - which was semi-successful, as a proof of concept.
I designed and had a pair of rubber stamps made by The English Stamp Company, so that the bride and groom could produce their own "Thank You" cards and be used as a momento of the big day.
LASER ENGRAVED BOX
I also had a wooden box laser engraved with the Galway Cathedral illustration to present the full suite of wedding stationery in. The laser engraving was done by Lost Heritage and I stained the box afterwards.
