I recently attended a Risograph Workshop by Mono at Islington Mill. The workshops are run by John Powell-Jones and Textbook Studio and give an introduction to the printing process and the opportunity to create your own set of prints.

Having taken a screenprinting course prior to the Risograph workshop, I was able to understand how the colours were separated and how to make tones and textured effects. Risograph is like a mixture of screenprinting a photocopying, which gives a really clear details but with 'happy accidents' and misalignment giving it a 'handmade' feel.

For my design, I decided to make an experimental booklet, which introduced my new branding and could be used as a 'leave-behind' at design agencies.
