THE NORTH FACE
The campaign was based around the concept of 'Longer days are coming', with Spring ushering more hours of sunshine to get outside and adventure. The landing page used parallax scrolling and animation to deliver the messaging and culminated in a countdown clock and sign up form.
ANIMATION AND VIDEO
The page was brought to life using CSS3 animation and embedded video, transitioning from shot footage to an animation that I had created in Photoshop - with layered light effects and composite imagery.
The banner adverts used a similar technique of splitting and compositing imagery, to give slight parallax movement and lighting effects - to reinforce the campaign strapline of 'Longer days are coming'.
I also worked on some Store-in-Store pages for The North Face, which retailers could embed within their own e-commerce sites.
