Signature Broadbeach
LUXURY OCEAN VIEW RESIDENCES
Whilst working at Hoyne, I designed the responsive sales website for Signature Broadbeach, a premium range of ocean view residences on the Gold Coast.
The site was an online translation of the print collateral designed by Creative Director Nichole Trionfi and built by efront.

I worked closely with the development team at efront, to make sure the site performed well responsively, producing design and asset variations for the different device snap-points.
The animation and flow of the site was also really important, how the content is served to the user can really affect the retention of the information. Some elements were animated via code, but I also used frame-by-frame animation techniques for background textures and ‘handwritten’ signatures.
The combination of stunning renders, beautiful lifestyle photography and a ‘Golden Hour’ colour palette, gives the site a warm and inviting feel.
One of my favourite features on the site, is the ‘Dawn to Dusk’ image carousel documenting from 6am to midnight, with an animated clock tracking the time of day the images were taken.
The site was successful in portraying the luxury amenities, sophisticated interiors and the vibrant Gold Coast lifestyle. The development of the 1, 2 & 3 bedroom ocean view residences is now completely sold out, with completion expected in 2022.
